Shipping Policy

How quickly do you ship?

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding Sunday’s and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, processing times are separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery times that are below and that may be displayed at checkout.

On rare occasion, there may be delays due to high order volumes or postal service problems that are outside the scope of our control. 

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $500+.

This offer applies to orders shipping to the contiguous United States, and excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Your order must total $500 before taxes and after any promotional discounts are applied.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Australia • Canada • France • Germany • Italy • Japan • Netherlands • New Zealand • Spain • Sweden • Switzerland • United Kingdom

We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited, which generally takes 2-5 business days to reach your destination country. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Botablu is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box domestically or internationally. Many carriers require a physical street address for delivery. 

Do you offer in-store pickups?

Botablu sells exclusively online.

What do I do if I believe my order is lost or delayed?

A parcel is generally considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 days for domestic orders. On international shipping UPS considers packages lost if they have not been delivered 24 hours after the expressly outlined delivery date and timeline. Please keep in mind that the 2 to 5 window provided above may only be what they guarantee to your destination country and not to your physical address. Depending on your country’s import rules and laws, packages may be delayed at customs.

Botablu is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by the postal services. 

If it has exceeded those timeframes, you’ve checked the tracking and believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will attempt to contact the carrier and track down your package.

What if I supplied an incorrect or incomplete address?

Please ensure your address is correct and complete. Once an order is processed we are unable to change a shipping address. 

Botablu is not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incorrect, incomplete, or if you enter a PO Box.

If the order gets returned to us, we’ll be happy to reship but you will be responsible to incur all delivery costs to redeliver to the corrected address.
