We take great pride in the careful curation of exceptional rare vintage and new bespoke pieces. Given the unique nature of our products and their immediate removal from all marketplaces upon a sale, we are presently compelled to enforce an "all sales are final" policy, aligning with the prevailing customary practice observed in most resale marketplaces. It is important to note that exceptions to our no return policy are granted in cases where items sustain damage during transit.

Exception for items damaged in transit:

We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we offer returns for a refund, store credit, exchange, or a partial refund to keep the item and repair the damage. To be eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@botablu.com within 3 days of receiving your order to report the damage, including relevant supporting documentation such as photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

2. Clearly indicate your preference for partial credit, refund, store credit, or exchange.

3. We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item.

Upon receiving your return, we will promptly inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your return. If approved, we will process your refund, credit, or replacement within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Promptly contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for the exception to apply.
  • Retain the original packaging for damaged items as it may be required for the return process.
  • Any unauthorized returns will be denied for refund, credit, or exchange.
